This Privacy Policy governs the personal data processing activities carried out within the scope of the voslo.co website, operated by VOSLO Yazılım Bilişim Ticaret ve Pazarlama Limited Şirketi (hereinafter “VOSLO”), and the services offered through this site.

Personal Data Processed

The following categories of personal data are processed in order to provide our services:

• Identity data: first name, last name and, where applicable, your title within the company,
• Contact data: e-mail address, phone number and company details,
• Customer transaction data: quotation requests, project requirements, contract, invoice and payment records,
• Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information and site access logs,
• Marketing data: newsletter subscription and event registration details, provided your explicit consent has been given.

Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases, in line with the principles set out in Articles 4 and 5 of the KVKK:

• Establishment and performance of the service contract — quotation processes, project management, delivery and invoicing (KVKK Art. 5/2-c),
• Fulfilment of legal obligations arising from tax, commercial and accounting legislation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç),
• Management of requests, suggestions and complaints and maintaining communication securely (legitimate interest, KVKK Art. 5/2-f),
• Marketing communication and event invitations, provided your explicit consent has been given (KVKK Art. 5/1).

Payments and iyzico

Payments for our services are collected securely through payment links created on the infrastructure of iyzico Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“iyzico”).

Your credit or debit card details are not stored on our website or in our systems; at the payment step, card data is processed solely by iyzico in accordance with the PCI-DSS security standards.

Cookies

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• If it has been processed, to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in a manner compatible with that purpose,
• To know the third parties, at home or abroad, to whom your data has been transferred,
• To request the correction of data that has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request its deletion or destruction under the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
• To request that correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to third parties,
• To object to a result arising to your detriment from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
• To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated in line with changes in legislation and our business processes. The version in force is always published on this page; significant changes are announced on the website.
