Last updated: 30 September 2026
Scope and Parties
These terms set out the essentials of the legal relationship between VOSLO Yazılım Bilişim Ticaret ve Pazarlama Limited Şirketi (“VOSLO”) and the natural or legal person customer (“Customer”) requesting services through voslo.co.
If the Customer accepts a quotation, places an order or pays through a payment link, these terms are deemed an inseparable part of any separate agreement concluded between the parties (quotation, work order, etc.); in the event of conflict, the specific agreement prevails.
Nature of the Services
VOSLO provides Odoo consulting and implementation, custom module development, system integrations, training, maintenance and cloud management services. The scope, deliverables, schedule and fee of each project are determined separately in a written quotation.
Quotation and Ordering Process
- Your request is received via the contact forms or info@voslo.co, together with the information required for a needs analysis.
- Following the needs analysis, a written quotation covering the scope, fee and schedule is submitted; the quotation automatically lapses at the end of its stated validity period.
- Acceptance of the quotation takes place either by written confirmation via e-mail or by paying through the payment link associated with the quotation.
Payment Terms
Service fees, and whether Value Added Tax (VAT) is included, are clearly stated in each quotation. Payments are collected by credit or debit card through payment links created on the infrastructure of iyzico Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.
Once your payment is completed, an e-archive or e-invoice is issued and sent by e-mail. If the collected amounts are indefinitely overdue, the work may be suspended; you will be notified accordingly.
Delivery and Acceptance
Services are delivered through digital channels such as online work sessions, remote system access, and source code and documentation sharing. Delivered work is deemed accepted unless a written objection is raised within a reasonable period following the delivery date.
Customer Obligations
The Customer is obliged to provide accurate and complete information, to grant the system access required for the project in good time, and to give feedback within a reasonable period. Delays in fulfilling these obligations may require the schedule and scope of the work to be rearranged.
Intellectual Property
- Software and configurations developed exclusively for the Customer are transferred to the Customer, or a right of use is granted, within the scope specified in the quotation, upon full payment of the relevant service fee.
- Tools VOSLO developed before this relationship, its general technical know-how and open-source components remain the property of VOSLO; open-source components are subject to their own licence terms.
Confidentiality
The parties may not disclose trade secrets and other confidential information learned within the scope of this relationship to third parties and shall use it only for its intended purpose. The principles for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by written notice to the other party; in that case the fee accrues on a pro-rata basis for the work performed to date. For the exercise of the right of withdrawal and the refund conditions, you can review our Delivery and Returns page for more information.
Limitation of Liability
Except in cases of intent and gross negligence, VOSLO's maximum liability for claims under the agreement is limited to the fee received for the relevant service; indirect losses and loss of profit are outside the scope of this liability.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Turkish law. For Customers qualifying as consumers, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and to mediation are reserved. For commercial disputes, the courts and enforcement offices at the place of VOSLO's registered office have jurisdiction.
Entry into Force
By requesting a service or making a payment, the Customer is deemed to have accepted these terms. Updates to the terms are published on this page and enter into force upon publication.
